Frequently asked.
Still wondering? Call (252) 555-0142 or message us in the app.
Do I need to be certified to dive with you?
No. Discover Scuba is a pool session for complete beginners, and Open Water Diver gets you certified in three weekends.
What certification do the wreck charters need?
Most of our wrecks sit at 85–120 feet, so we ask for Advanced and recommend Nitrox. The app checks your certification when you book.
What if the weather cancels a charter?
Offshore conditions change fast. If we cancel, your booking moves to credit or a full refund — your choice, right in the app.
Do I have to use the app?
No — you can book by phone or at the counter. The app just makes reminders, waivers and service tracking easier.
How long does regulator service take?
Usually 3–5 days. You can follow the job in the app and we notify you the moment it is ready.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in any amount, in the shop or online. They work for courses, charters, gear and service.
